All products at Moments on Magnets are made to order and personalised specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any order unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:

  • A photo of the damaged or faulty item
  • Your order number

We will arrange a free reprint and cover all associated postage costs. No return of the original item is required unless specifically requested.

Cancellations As all items are made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel your order.
